My “escape routes” are found God, as well as in my family, my writing and my computing. I loved the comment about laughter. I’m always reminding myself that, “A merry heart does good, like medicine” and it’s one of my favorite ones! I’ve even learned to tell jokes to the dentist to make him and me laugh. It’ helps me relax. If it works there, it’ll work anywhere, including difficult caregiving situations
