		<description>Hi Denise, Thanks so much for joining us at the Boomers &amp; Seniors Blog Carnival. I really enjoyed reading your article. You&#039;ve made so many excellent points. 

My &quot;escape routes&quot; are found God, as well as in my family, my writing and my computing. I loved the comment about laughter. I&#039;m always reminding myself that, &quot;A merry heart does good, like medicine&quot; and it&#039;s one of my favorite ones! :)  I&#039;ve even learned to tell jokes to the dentist to make him and me laugh. It&#039; helps me relax. If it works there, it&#039;ll work anywhere, including difficult caregiving situations :) :) :)

Great point about forgiveness. That is so very very vital!
