You’d like to make the most of the time you have for yourself (even if only five minutes in the day), but somehow it seems that the time gets away from you–and you feel like you’ve lost it.
This week, jot down ideas of how you’d like to spend your break time. Consider: If you have any extra five minutes, two hours, five hours, or whole day, how would you like to enjoy it? Let your ideas flow, writing down each one. Then, plan out your perfect time.
The next time you have that time, you’ll have a plan in place to enjoy it.
