According to TheBrainMatters.org, one in six Americans is affected by a brain disorder such as Alzheimer’s disease, migraine, autism, MS, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, ALS, stroke, and more. To help make the case for more brain research to find cures, the website is sponsoring a film festival called Neuro Film Festival.
To submit an entry in the festival, simply make a film telling your story, or the story your care recipient, affected by a brain disorder. Eligible entries could win up to $1,500 in prizes.
