It hardly seems possible but we are finally moved into our new condo! The last couple weeks have been very busy. I have been slowly moving over little things. I even had help with these before big moving day activities from my son and a couple of other ladies from my church.
Yesterday was the big day, however, as the deacons of our church moved over the big items. Everything went great yesterday. The weather was sensational. Our home looks beautiful, and everything has fallen in place. We even have pictures hanging on the walls! This is do to the efforts of my sister-in-law, Pat, and my son and daughter-in-law, Troy and Sanna. I feel so blessed. I love our new house, but I also feel blessed by the overwhelming love shown us in the last few days. God is so good!
Our condo is more roomy than our apartment. This should make it easier for my husband, Wayne, and his ability to easily maneuver his wheelchair. The condo is also sunnier. Our apartment only had north windows in the living room area. Our new condo has big beautiful southeast and northwest windows. I am hoping that this will be a spirit lifter for my husband and me both. Finally, it will be a great place for my grandkids to play when they come to Grandma‘s house. Yes, God is good!
HURRAY! I’m so glad all went well and that you have settled in. It sounds just perfect for all of you. What a relief! I hope tonight you will be able to enjoy R&R.
