Today, on Your Caregiving Journey, we presented our special webinar, Spring Me! I’m Tired of Feeling Like Crap. We offered this webinar as part of our special celebration We Break for Spring!.

During the 45-minute webinar, we share five tools you can use to help you feel less crappy (and crabby). Have paper and pen handy as you’ll participate in a few written exercises.

You can follow along with the presentation by downloading the PowerPoint here. You can listen to the webinar, and download to save to listen at your convenience, via the player below.

I hadn’t listened to the original webinar, but just listened to it now in between helping my husband with a few of his needs. How about that? I enjoyed this very much. There was some good thoughts expressed.
