I Can’t Believe This….

I got a letter from Florida Medicaid which states that the Social Security Administration has ended your child’s SSI. Your child was covered under the Medicaid program because they were on SSI. DCF now must see if there are any other Medicaid programs for your child.

This has been an extremely bad week …. I know it could be worse but I am just about to lose faith in everything … our government, society, God etc.

There’s a lot of other issues that are tied into this that is much longer….which I will talk about later.

    Jane, I am so sorry to hear this. I too have given up on our government and their system. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.Hoping things get better soon.

    Hi…I just spoke with Jane and she’ll be talking to my friend later this morning. ;-) I’ll let her finish the story.

    My thoughts…hearing the story in her voice…I realized I was not alone in addressing unique circumstances with respects to the medical arena (defined at-large) industry. She’s a fighter and has some incredible advocating skills…more then she gives herself credit for. I hope she’ll take them further!
