Feb 7 2012 in Denise's Blog, Your Caregiving Journey by Denise
Your Caregiving Journey airs tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET (6:30 p.m. CT, 4:30 p.m. PT). It’s our live call-in show and tonight we’re taking your answers to this question: What’s the toughest caregiving decision you’ve had to make?
Feel free to share your thoughts in comments section, below. We’d also love to hear from you tonight; call (646) 652-4944. Our first caller wins! And, when you listen live, be sure to jump in the chat room to connect with other listeners.

If I sounded kinda off it was because there was uncontrolled chaos just before I called. The nurse forgot to tell me he used up supplies and also didn’t set my husband right on the underlay. So of course when I went to cath him discovered that because of his UTI ..had leaked everywhere & when I went to cath him….”when it rains, it pours” and I thought I was putting the cath in him only to discover it got popped out. Thus was my 10 minutes before coming and listening to the show…1st time!!!
I finally found the chat room and could read what everyone was saying…so belated “Hello”. I can’t log in because I don’t have a Facebook account. Husband is former security network geek so I can’t mess with it. However he’s promising me after he updates the security on our net…I might be able to use Facebook.
Anyone…thanks..it was fun! I hope to do it again! (PS..I’m going to go back and listen so I can hear the other two stories better!)

RoaringMouse, I don’t use Facebook to log in to the chat room and don’t think GJ does either (I don’t think she’s on Facebook). You can sign up as a member of the blog radio site and get notifications of upcoming shows and then you can also participate in the chat room (although I think I was able to participate as a “guest” before signing up for the site). I’ve experienced problems before with the chat room in that I couldn’t type any comments but that was either a browser issue or an adobe flash issue. Hope to see you there next time!
