Happiness Project: May

With our warmer weather here, let’s move!
In May, our action word for our Caregiving Happiness Project is Move.
For me, I’m going to move:
1. So that I ride my bike three times a week.
2. So that I walk and do Pilates three other days per week.

I’m going to enjoy my little mini-bike! (Just wrote about it last night.)
I also plan to reintroduce some regular weight training. And I need to get in more walks.

I did fairly well over the winter going out for walks, but will increase those to every other day. My dog and I go on the rail-to-trail path that passes a nice beaver pond.
I have just started using a DVD core fitness regimen and will do this 3x week
I will get out into our own gardens 3 times a week. I will do this!

May 13th and I’m finally writing my goals for the month! Better late than never!
Garden an hour week minimum.
I purchased a Denise Austin book called, “Get Energy” and I am going to start getting energy Monday morning!
