Yesterday, during our Open House, we held a 20-minute webinar, Three Steps Which Lead to Better. (Miss the live webinar? No worries! You can listen to the archive here.)
In the webinar, I suggest three steps you can take when your day (your life) feels too hard.
So, I’d love to know, because of the webinar, which steps did you take? Please share in our comments section, below.

Taking the time before I respond to my partner is a skill that I’ve been honing. She so dearly wants me to share her belief that the CT scans she received had been “brain surgery” meant to give her MS. It’s hard for me to watch her agonize, for months now, over something for which there is no evidence. I’ve had to accept that she believes what she believes for a reason. I’ve told her that I have to respect her beliefs even though I don’t share them, and I’m careful when she asks me (as she often does) how I feel emotionally about what she tells me.
