While We WAIT, A Cruising Conversation

The first night of our caregiving cruise includes a one-hour cocktail hour.

This morning on Your Caregiving Journey, @trish and @karlandjerry joined me for Table Talk. You can listen to our show via the player, below.

Trish gave us an update on Robert, who was hospitalized yesterday with an initial diagnosis is sepsis. Trish feels confident about the care he’s receiving in the ICU and joined us for the show on her way to the hospital.

Trish also shared what it was like to be our very first recipient of our WAIT Buddy volunteer program. She gave the program an enthusiastic thumbs up. Thanks so much to @jbones1961, @g-j and @worriedwife for being Trish’s WAIT Buddies. We’re also thinking of @worriedwife, who left this morning to be with her mom. (Be sure to join our WAIT Buddy group to be matched with a volunteer and to volunteer.)

Trish and I then welcomed Jerry, our travel agent helping us plan our upcoming November cruise. If you book your cruise by April 30, you’ll be entered into a chance to win a $100 Restaurant.com gift card. You can read all the details about pricing and activities here and join our Caregiving Cruise group here. We’d love to have you join us for a wonderful break at sea.
