  1. Trish I totally agree… I am so hard on myself. I believe that Nicole is pretty self-sufficient. I am trying to give her more independence. I don’t realize how much I really do for Nicole. I enjoyed doing the log and think it probably would be very helpful to do on a daily basis just to use as a diary.
