About our Coaching Services
Coaching with Denise
With Denise as your coach, you tackle a tough situation, press through a problem, or make a decision about a dilemma. Or, you just learn coping skills to help on those difficult days. The client (you) drives the coaching call; you determine the focus and the goals. Then, you and Denise create an action plan—steps you will take between coaching calls—that will lead to your desired outcomes. With a coach, you get an objective listener, a committed partner in your success, and a vision for all you can be.
Coaching takes place over the phone with sessions scheduled at your convenience (including evenings and weekends).
Denise coaches family caregivers in individual and group settings. She also coaches professionals and businesses working with family caregivers.
