Each month, we host free webinars for health care professionals. Our webinars offer perspectives, strategies and techniques. After each webinar, you can choose to dive deeper into a particular topic in order to gain coping techniques, set a strategy and learn new skills. If you have any questions about our classes, please send Denise an email.
Our classes are perfect for social workers, geriatric care managers, support group leaders and any professional who works with family caregivers.
October Class
Leading Decisions with Values
In our free webinar, Helping Family Caregivers Make Values-Based Decisions, we discussed how values can help form decisions. In this four-part series, we’ll continue the discussion by sharing techniques and tools to help a family caregiver and a family unit use their values to make caregiving decisions. This is a wonderful class for case managers, support group leaders and coaches.
Our Agenda:
Part 1: Helping a Family Caregiver Communicate a Difficult Decision (Including with a Disapproving Caree)
Part 2: Helping a Family Caregiver Transition After a Difficult Decision
Part 3: Helping a Family Unit Use Their Values to Make a Caregiving Decision
Part 4: Helping a Family Unit Communicate a Caregiving Decision
Our live classes will take place on October 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 4 p.m. ET (3 p.m. CT, 1 p.m. PT). You can take our class by joining the live webinar or by listening to the recorded webinar. You can view the recorded webinars as often as needed. You’ll also receive copies of the PowerPoint presentations. Only enrolled students will have access to the live and recorded webinar. You also can choose to work privately with Denise and receive a 10% discount on one-on-one coaching. Your price: $97.
