Title: Escape! Taking a Day Off Without Taking a Leave

In our 2011 Annual Family Caregiver Survey, we asked: When was/is the hardest time for you in your caregiving role? 32% of respondents said  their hardest time was when they were exhausted from not taking a break. In this 45-minute seminar, Denise will offer ideas on how you can escape without taking a leave from the house.

Be sure to have paper and pen ready.
