Fish Tacos;
Triple Fin filet sautéed in oil, lemon juice and mandarin oranges
Rolled into Leave of romaine lettuce with lemon guacamole, pineapple salsa and sour cream, wrapped up in large soft tortilla.Ahh, a feast for the gods and good brain food too. Now look out here I come.
