We’ve moving to improve our health! Join us by taking action as often as you can (every day would be great). Ride your bike, pedal your stationary bike, walk, jog, take the stairs. In our forum, look for our current month, tell us your monthly goal and then add your activity totals.

On Monday (10/6), I walked 2 1/2 miles and did my Pilates DVD. On Thursday (10/9), I walked 2 miles. I need to get OTC allergy meds because my allergies are wiping me out.
My October is off to a slow start. I did ride my bike on Wednesday and walked on Thursday. But, I struggled to do anything active on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Ugh. Tomorrow is another day and it’s the day I get back to my fitness goals.
My October goals are to continue my preparation for the Nov. 1st, “Walk To End Algeizmer’s 5K. I’m on GJ’s walking team which is supporting her husband Steve. I’m planning to continue my exercise regimn for my back and then up my walking distance from Septembers goals to: 2.0 miles, 4-5 times a week.

My fitness goal for October will be to WiiFit twice a week and Walk twice a week. Getting back into shape is important and tough with my longer work hours!
Here’s my VRide stats for the entire month of June. Thanks to the move all my stats are up.
Exercise – 178hrs. 33min.
House Work- 138hrs. 49min.
Walking – 381.3 miles
Yard Work – 27hrs. 18min.
I lost 6.8 pounds in June thanks to the move. If I do this for these more months I’ll be down to my correct BMI weight. Yea!!

June 8: I walked 2 1/2 miles and did Day 6 of the 30-Day Ab Challenge.
June 9: I walked 3 miles a did Day 7 of the 30-day Ab Challenge.
I think I messed up my Ab Challenge. I somehow skipped Day 5. I think I will do Day 7 again tomorrow.
June 6: I spent three hours with my charges (a 6-year-old and 4-year-old) and for some reason, they just wiped me out.
June 7: I walked 3 miles and did Day 4 of the 30-Day Ab Challenge.
