My fitness goal for October will be to WiiFit twice a week and Walk twice a week. Getting back into shape is important and tough with my longer work hours!
Here’s my VRide stats for the entire month of June. Thanks to the move all my stats are up.
Exercise – 178hrs. 33min.
House Work- 138hrs. 49min.
Walking – 381.3 miles
Yard Work – 27hrs. 18min.
I lost 6.8 pounds in June thanks to the move. If I do this for these more months I’ll be down to my correct BMI weight. Yea!!

June 8: I walked 2 1/2 miles and did Day 6 of the 30-Day Ab Challenge.
June 9: I walked 3 miles a did Day 7 of the 30-day Ab Challenge.
I think I messed up my Ab Challenge. I somehow skipped Day 5. I think I will do Day 7 again tomorrow.
June 6: I spent three hours with my charges (a 6-year-old and 4-year-old) and for some reason, they just wiped me out.
June 7: I walked 3 miles and did Day 4 of the 30-Day Ab Challenge.
Day 3 of the 30day ab challenge done. I saw the first bit of difference, for a flew through the first 14 sit-ups; it finally caught up to me around #19. One thing a bit difficult today — leg raises, only because getting started really bothered my back; once feet up was okay to do, so did the “half-raises” there to compensate. :]
Well, I did a bit today. Walked to vote this afternoon and then back home – probably 1 mile total. I also did four loads of laundry – washed, dried and folded. I don’t know how much that counts for, but it sure made me sweat.
Well, I did not get started today, but I will definitely be trying to report on some movement each day. I definitely am in need of some stress relieving movement! BTW – way to go @PearLady! Planks and situps are my least favorite things to do!
