I feel like I’ve lost my social life. Frends tend to “stay away” and family seems to “be afraid” of what to say or do.

Both my husband and myself have had a rough 2 weeks. I’m not doing such a good job at ”balancing” these days. This too shall pass!!!! -

I forgot to mention that I also work ful-time
I can relate to much of what you posted. I retired in Dec, 2010 to take care of my husband who was diagnosed with metastasized kidney cancer in Oct., 09. He has had 2 surgeries-right kidney removal as well as the tumor and adrenal gland. He had a metastasized tumor that went to the brain and caused a hemmoragic tumor. He was completely…[Read more]

Hi Sandra,
I understand what you are going through and I know it is so difficult. My husband has been battling cancer for 5 years and we have been through so many ups and downs. Mostly downs. I pray for strength for all of us and that this will pass and God will get us through this. Prayers and blessings to you.
