About Me

I have been married to my husband for 25 years. Christmas eve day he went through triple bypass surgery and two months later a stent was put in. He has had health problems since then and in august we finally went to a memory clinic. We found out he has cognitive impairment. They tell us that this happens to some people that have heart surgery. Then he had his drivers license canceled indefinetly and cant work. I am trying to deal with everything but some days its hard to deal with.
But i keep thinking of my mom and dad. my mom is a strong woman that has been taking care of my dad with parkinsons and dementia. so if she can do it, so can i.

My Top Three Concerns

will what my husband has get worse or stay the same.
will i be able to keep up with the bills. until we find out if he will be getting disability
the strength to keep going

My Top Three Wishes

he is approved and start getting disability benifits
for some people to listen and understand what we are going through.
to be able to talk to someone who understands without getting emotional
so chatting on the internet would help
