How it works: With older adults, Denise makes home visits for 50-minute sessions; for this reason, Denise coaches older adults in the Chicago area only.    Through goal setting and solution focusing, clients find their path to living their fullest life. Typically, clients work with coaches for three-month periods.    Denise is a professionally trained coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation by year’s end. Monthly individual coaching rate: $300 --For older adults, each session is 50 minutes in length. --First month’s payment due by first session, subsequent payments due by the beginning of each coaching month.   2. Three-month package: $800 (Your best value!) --Commit to a three-month coaching package and save! --$300 due by beginning of first and second coaching months, $200 due by third coaching month.
