If Caregiving.com were a house, I imagine it would look like this one. See you on Sunday!

In honor of National Family Caregivers Month, we’re holding an Open House on Sunday, November 11. Stop by Caregiving.com throughout the day to enjoy a taste of what we typically offer throughout the month.

The calendar in our our General group lists our activity times and details. (Note: All times in our calendar are Eastern Time zone; click the event for times in other time zones.)

Our Open House kicks off with a 15-minute meditation at Noon ET (11 a.m. CT, 9 a.m. PT). To join the meditation, call (312) 348-6021 and enter code 817977#.

Other free events include:

Solitaire Showdown, from 1 p.m. ET to 3 p.m. ET: Visitors have two hours to top the Leader Board; high score at 3 p.m. ET wins $50. Visitors can practice here.

Three Changes that Lead to Better, a 20-minute webinar, 1 p.m. ET: I’ll share three changes family caregivers can make to feel better about their caregiving role. To join the webinar, just go here.

Three-Word Journaling, a 30-minute teleclass, 2 p.m. ET: Journaling can be a wonderful stress-reducing exercise. Except if you buy a journal only to stare at its blank pages. Where to start? What to write? In this class, I’ll help you begin their journal by simply writing about three words. Before our class, take some time to write about these three words: Bottom, Taste and Green. To join us, call (312) 348-6021 and enter code 817977#.

Caregiving Chat, 4 p.m. ET: Join us for a chat on Caregiving.com; connect with others, share solutions, tell us a problem. Go here to chat.

Caregiving Quiz Show, 8 p.m. ET: Join us for our Caregiving Quiz, where contestants vie for the top prize by answering questions about the caregiving experience, Caregiving.com and current events. Listen here.

Have fun!

Sounds like fun! And a grand way to commemorate National Family Caregivers Month. I’ll add that to my post today at SandwichINK – Thanks for the info. 🙂
