Caregiving Happiness Project: Catch

We begin our next month in our Caregiving Happiness Project today!

Our action for this month is Catch.

We can catch an opportunity that in the past we would have dropped. We can catch up with your reading or your viewing, giving yourself an escape for a few moments. You can catch up with your wisdom you’ve gained by journaling what you’ve learned. You can catch up with time by giving yourself time to complete or organize. You can catch up with your work by delegating tasks. You can catch up with the year by taking time to enjoy nature.

Happiness Project Members: Tell us how you’ll catch up in our Forum.

(If you haven’t already, be sure to sign up for our Caregiving Happiness Project by taking a simple survey.)

About Denise

I began working with family caregivers in 1990 and launched in 1996 to help and support them. Through my blog, I share words of comfort and offer coping strategies and tips. I also write opinion pieces about recent research, community programs and media coverage of caregiving issues. I've written several caregiving books, including "The Caregiving Years, Six Stages to a Meaningful Journey," "Take Comfort, Reflections of Hope for Caregivers" and "After Caregiving Ends, A Guide to Beginning Again." You can purchase my books and schedule a coaching call with me in our store.
