When we’re living with uncertainty, we may feel powerless to our circumstances.

Today, take back some power by writing thank you notes to those who’ve made a difference in your life. Write a note to a neighbor, a family member, a health care professional, a co-worker, your fire department, your police department. Leave notes around the house for your family members and caree so they feel your love.

Leaving and sending those notes of gratitude will be welcome letters of comfort for the recipient. You’ll also benefit from the gift of giving.
