Our conference will take place on Friday, November 10, and Saturday, November 11, at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare, conveniently located minutes from O’Hare and a subway ride from downtown Chicago.

Conference Costs

  • Professionals: $199 for Friday or Saturday or $317 for both days. Add $15 for CEUs (see below for details.)

Registration includes a includes a continental breakfast and lunch as well as access to our sessions and exhibitor floor. You’ll pay for your travel expenses, including your hotel stay.

You save when you register 3 or more individuals for our conference. To receive your discounts, change your quantity when you purchase your registration.

Hotel Details
To reserve a guest room for November 10 and/or November 11 at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare, please call the Marriott at 773-693-4444. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from O’Hare. Daily hotel parking for our Friday and Saturday is $3. Overnight parking is $9.

We’ve been approved to provide continuing education hours for our Friday program (7 hours) and our Saturday conference (5 hours). Continuing education hours are provided by the University of Illinois, College of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine in collaboration with the Continuing Education Institute of Illinois. An additional cost of $15 applies for CEUs.

If you need CEUS, please complete the form, below, and then complete your payment at the bottom of this page. You'll remain on this page after submitting the CEU form. Registering for more than one person? Each individual receiving CEUs must complete this form.

You will earn 7 CEUs for attending our full day of sessions on Friday and 5 CEUs for attending our complete day of sessions on Saturday. You'll earn 12 CEUs when you attend both our full day of sessions on Friday and Saturday.

Coaches, CSAs and CDPs also can earn resource development hours (coaches) and CEUs (CSAs and CDPs) by watching our virtual conference. To receive your certificate of hours completed, please send Denise an email ( after the conference with your top take-aways from the conference.

Professional Coaches
Professional coaches can earn 7 hours for resource development on Friday and 5 hours for resource development on Saturday. When you attend both days either in Chicago or virtually, you receive 12 hours for resource development.

SHRM Professional Development Credits
The Caregiving and the Workplace Summit is valid for 3 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.
