Conference Costs
Our early bird rates save you when you register before September 1.

Regular and On-Site Costs

  • Family caregivers: $35 for Friday or Saturday or $60 for both days. Price includes continental breakfast and lunch on each day.

  • Carees: $35 for Friday or Saturday or $60 for both days. Price includes continental breakfast and lunch on each day.

Registration includes a includes a continental breakfast and lunch as well as access to our sessions and exhibitor floor. You’ll pay for your travel expenses, including your hotel stay.

Conference App
Our conference app will be available in early October. We’ll send you an email when it’s ready for you to download so you can view conference sessions and plan your days with us.

Hotel Details
To reserve a guest room for November 10 and/or November 11 at the Chicago Marriott O’Hare, please call the Marriott at 773-693-4444. Ask for the National Caregiving Conference special room rate of $119 per night. Our special group room rate expires at 5 p.m. CT on October 20, 107. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from O’Hare. Daily hotel parking for our Friday and Saturday is $3. Overnight parking is $9.

Check out our respite agenda to make sure your caree will enjoy and be appropriate for our planned activities. We will only provide activities and socialization; any care, such as dispensing meds and toileting, must be provided by you. By enrolling your caree in our respite program, you recognize and agree that, the Center for Family Caregivers and all other individuals and organizations participating in this program are providing no direct or indirect services. You shall hold harmless and indemnify these agencies for any damages or liabilities it incurs arising from this agreement.

You must remain at the conference as an attendee or volunteer for the entire time your caree is enrolled in our respite program.

After registering your caree in our respite program, you'll receive a PDF with a link to our respite form. You must complete and submit the completed respite form by October 24.
