Through our CareGifters program, we fund caregiving solutions, one family caregiver at a time, as often as we can. We recently received two donations to our CareGifters program, which we used to help Jackie (@jackie), who cares for her mom.

In her CareGifters application, Jackie details how she will use the money which we sent to her last week:

Caregiving.com: Tell us about your caregiving situation.
Jackie: I have been caring for my mom for 10 years. She fell and broke her hip and has had pneumonia several times. She is now on hospice coming to live with me. We need a new ramp put in so we can get her in and out of the house during her last few months and days. We love her very much and want to spend all the time with her we
can.

Caregiving.com: What are your top three challenges? How will $500 help you?
Jackie: To build a new ramp for my house.

Would you like to ensure other family caregivers, like Jackie, have what they need? Make a tax-deductible donation to our CareGifters program, operated through our non-profit organization, The Center for Family Caregivers. If your organization would like to sponsor a future CareGifters recipient, please send me an email.

You can make a donation via the button, below. No donation is too small (or too big for that matter)!
