Podcast: A Conversation with Denise Brown

The day I discovered Caregiving.com and connected with Denise Brown was a lucky day in my life.  Since 1996, Denise has made it her life's mission to raise awareness of and be the voice of caregivers.  In 2016, she took that leap of faith and organized the 1st National Caregiving Conference.  Fast forward, on Nov. 8th through Nov. 11th, the 3rd Annual National Caregiving Conference will be taking place with an amazing line up of speakers.

What I love about this conference is that the majority of speakers are caregivers themselves who are sharing their wisdom.  As Denise states, who better than caregivers to talk about their experiences and how they overcame certain challenges?  I am honored to be one of the speakers.  My presentation will be about the challenges I faced after moving my mom with dementia in with me "Can This Marriage Be Saved?"

It is also amazing that Denise is making this conference available to EVERYONE, by offering it for free virtually.  You can log onto your computer, and listen in to speakers from 10am - 7pm.   There are also volunteer opportunities which is another great way to attend.

I hope you enjoy my conversation with Denise where she explains all the details.  I know you will be as inspired by her as I am.
