Bottom

see-370021_640Somehow, you've landed at the bottom of your life.

It wasn't a free fall--you didn't lean over a railing and flip off your life. No, it's been slow decline, one step down at a time, until you reached your lowest point. You remember trying to hang on, doing your best to keep a hand on what you had. But, it just seemed too hard to hold on to those activities, priorities and relationships. And so you went down, empty-handed.

As you sit on the lowest landing of your life, you may feel you've lost all.

Really, you've gained a beginning.

Because you now can go up. You can now choose what to take with you as you go up. Gone are the toxic relationships, the shallow friendships, the frivolous use of time.

You can fill your empty hands with what matters most to you. As you fill your hands, you create more meaningful days for yourself.

You're reached bottom. That's okay. You can now get up and make the most of your life.
