Call-In Talk Show: Do We Need a Caregiving Agreement?

We're taking care of our family members, ensuring the receive the best care possible.

Do we need an agreement between us, our caree and other family members that spells out what that care looks like? Do we need a personal care agreement?

We discussed this question on our Internet talk show, Your Caregiving Journey, on Sunday, March 6. Lisa (@LisaRiggi), who cares for her mom and her son, joins me as our show’s co-host. You can listen to our discussion via the player, below.

And, we'd love to know what you think: Do we need a caregiving agreement?

Each month on the last Sunday at 8 p.m. ET, we’ll pose a question that sparks a conversation we’d love for you to be a part of. You can give us a call during our live show at (646) 652-4944 to share your thoughts. You also can join the show’s chat room and discuss your experiences with other listeners.

Wow, sounds like a great discussion. Hope I can drop in if care giving doesn't have me tied up... what a great idea, though, to form some kind of covenant with key people to make sure all receive the help and care they need.
