Because so much seems uncertain, we can find it difficult to concentrate. To help, take 15 minutes to determine your focus for blocks of time like this morning, this afternoon, and this evening. Write out your focus and then block out time on your calendar. Be flexible with your focus knowing that situations may change. That’s okay. Your focus plan is simply your comforting guide.
