David, who survived head, neck and lymphatic stage-4 cancer, and Tamara teamed to create meditations to help cancer patients and their family caregivers reduce stress, anxiety, pain and discomfort throughout their medical ordeal. While the focus is on persons with cancer and their family caregivers, anyone in a caregiving situation can benefit from the meditations.
