We're an aging society, which impacts our families, our communities and our businesses. On March 5, experts and thought leaders will gather in Boston to participate in "Our Aging Market: Why Businesses Need to Respond," sponsored by Harvard Business School.

On Friday, February 13, we spoke with Julie Fry, the event's organizer, about the importance of a conversation about our aging market.

About Julie:
Julie Fry is the founder of Making Care Easier, a free online application for families to connect for caring. Making Care Easier provides a one-stop source to coordinate care, store information, share expenses and prepare for emergencies. She also founded an aging-in-place home remodeling company and served on the executive team of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice where she helped found the Private Duty Home Care Association.

I only got the middle of the broadcast as my mom required attention. It's so nice to know that people know how I feel and feel the same. Thank you for understanding and helping people like me who need to better understand all these crazy emotions that go with caregiving.
