About Chris
Christopher MacLellan, CSA is affectionately known as “The Bow-Tie-Guy” in many caregiving circles. Chris has over 10 years of personal caregiving experience and has been an ardent advocate for caregivers and their carees through his caregiving blog, and his weekly radio show, Healing Ties on Health Café and on demand at iHeart Radio. With an educational background in Social Work, Theology and Leadership and Communications, Chris is the National Caregiving Advocate for Answers For and consultor for Emerald Elite HomeHealth Care. Chris and his deceased partner Bernard Richard Schiffer’s caregiving story, “In Sickness and In Health: A Couple’s Final Journey,” was published by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel in April 2014 and has been seen world-wide by over 400,000 people. With emphasis on the theory of the Law of Attraction, Chris brings a pragmatic approach to family caregiving and is passionate about sharing his caregiving story and presents regularly on a variety of topics on healthy aging, caregiving, life after caregiving and LGBT seniors.

Jane cares for her daughter, Nicole, and has been a member of since March 2011. She co-hosts our Care Break talk shows, manages our Facebook fan page on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and writes recaps of Your Caregiving Journey, our Internet talk show.

About Tami
Tami Neumann, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Speaker and Author, is the host of Conversations In Care the Radio Program providing a Collection of Care Programs, including senior health topics, Type 1 Diabetes and everything in between. Providing unique educational opportunities for families and professionals is the hallmark of her work. Tami has worked in the senior care industry for over 15 years. Through this work she developed a passion for caring for those with dementia.

Tami launched her radio program, Conversations In Care, in December of 2012 and within a years time the show was nominated for 3 Wego Health Activist Awards. Additionally, Tami is the Executive Director of the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce and sits on the advisory board of JD No Limits.
