Happy Blog Party!

Happy Blog Party!

It’s a cook-free (and dirty dish-less!) Progressive Party.

On December 18 and 19, we’re stopping by the blogs of family caregivers, dropping off holiday well wishes and good cheer. Our party also includes companies that provides services and/or products to help family caregivers.

Check out the participating blogs and websites, then simply visit each site and share comfort, cheer and your story as you click along. Be sure to say you’re visiting because of Caregiving.com’s Holiday Progressive Blog Party.

Because no party is complete without presents, you can when you post a comment on Caregiving.com and when you visit our participating partyers:

  • Caregiving.com: We’ll give away a Caregiving Care Package which contains autographed books from Denise (Take Comfort, Reflections of Hope for Caregivers and Caregiving Lists of Your Courage, Hope and Resilience) and essential oils to calm and relax you. We'll include a gift card (one from Amazon, one from Starbucks) in each care package. Check out our caregiving blogs.

  • Life In Motion: Stop by for a chance to win a free copy of Life in Motion: A Guide to Gathering Life’s Vital Information. Visit Life In Motion.

  • MindLight, LLC: We will give away two $25 Gift Cards for BP Gas Station. Since we are family caregivers too, we figured a practical gift was the best! Visit MindLight.

  • New LifeStyles: Get a free print guide to senior living and care in your area, and enter to win a Starbucks gift card (form offered after on site registration). Visit New LifeStyles.

  • Taking Care: Stop by for a chance to win “Reflections in Haiku” gift book, featuring 21 haiku poems on serenity and peace found through nature. Visit Taking Care.

  • Taking Care of Grandma: To help you get the New Year started off right, a visitor will win a daily organizing sheet, customized to your caree’s needs. This sheet can help carees keep track of their day and help caregivers facilitate conversations about health and wellness, social and leisure activities, and day-to-day affairs. See Rachel’s grandma’s daily sheet at http://takingcareofgrandma.com/manic-monday-grandmas-daily-organizer/.

We’re also giving away the following grand prizes:

For a chance to win one of our daily prizes or a grand prize, post a comment on Caregiving.com on December 18 and 19.

Have fun! If have any questions, please feel free to email me.

(Blog about your caregiving days? You can still join our blog party; check out the guidelines and then submit your caregiving blog.)

Hi Denise,\r\n\r\nThe sentence cut off right before the end of your blog post when you mention the daily prizes and grand prizes. It says \"be sure to tell our\"... I could tell a lot but want to make sure I'm telling the right thing:)\r\n\r\nLook forward to hearing from you!
