In Six Words, What's Your Comfort?

Our emotional balm could be time with our dog, silent prayer or a long walk in our neighborhood. It's our comfort which gives us the courage to cry or the freedom to breathe or the chance to continue.

I'd love to know: What's your comfort? And, tell us what comforts you in six words. A six-word comfort could sound like:

I take solace at the library.

I walk which shows me solutions.

Share your six-word story about your comfort in our comments, below. I'll choose a random winner to receive a copy of my new book, Take More Comfort, Reflections of Hope for Caregivers. A reader calls the book "absolutely wonderful."
