In Six Words: Which Worry Will You Release?

But, oh, the worry!

When a day (or a life) goes wrong, it can be hard to quell the worries about what else could go wrong. When you worry, you wait for the other shoe to drop. Unfortunately, your wait takes you out of your day, leaving you in a limbo that can feel like hell. Even worse, your wait interrupts your night, which makes it that much harder to quell your worry during your day.

Oh, the worry!

Today, let's do our best to put one of the worries to bed. In six words, tell us about a worry that you will release, that you will with compassion and kindness simply wish away. You'll let the worry go like you release a butterfly. As the worry leaves, you'll thank it for bringing your attention to an important issue that you know you can manage.

Please share your six-word story about the worry you'll release in our comments section, below.
