I love how you told this story, @cyndy!! And, I love how you didn't give up until you got just what you needed. !!

Red,Tape,Impatience\r\n\r\nMy story starts when I was attempting to hook up the regulator for one of his O2 tanks before a storm. I wanted to do this so he would have oxgyen if the power went out. After I thought we had it hooked up the oxgyen tank emitted a huge whoosh o air which scAred us out of our wits. We tried again and this is where my impatience and raging anger took over. I immediately called the O2 company and explained my problem. The answering service had no clue what was wrong. My red hair which cooralates with my extreme anger and impatience took over. I stated that I wanted a call or visit by an experienced technicion immediately. I had another tank and regulator but could not for the life of me see that I could use that regulator on the tank. There was no call or technicion so I called the service and demanded to be connected to a technicion now and refused to hang up. Finally I got connected and he had me look for a washer on the regulator. Since I have no idea what a washer is I told him to get out her and look at it himself. He arrived in a half an hour with ten washers in hand and inserted the one which was missing.
