A Caregiving Comfort: Safe
Denise

All this risk management can leave us wondering, Where am I safe?
We’re safe when we remain realistic. When we see clearly the reality of our days, we can focus on finding solutions and receiving support.
We’re safe when we stay truthful. When we write the truth in our journal or share the truth in our support group, we can release the negative energy.
We’re safe when we set boundaries. When we protect our time, our heart and our priorities, we can find our balance.
We’re safe when we give ourselves a break to heal and receive. When we focus on ourselves, even for a few moments, we re-connect to our values, which helps us stay on purpose.
We can be safe even when we’re surrounded by risks. Throughout our day, we can take time to stay safe.
