For her meds I also have a dry erase board that I constantly update with dates of which pharmacy to call and when, along with all current phone numbers. I separate all of her meds once a week into daily pill vials (she takes 29 pills a day) and each night at 9pm she gets tomorrow's vial and we keep an alarm set every 4 hours so she never forgets to take her meds through the night and I can get a few hours of sleep.

For me I have a beautiful D 3 ring-binder...I chose polkadots because those are Mom's favorite. I keep all of her relevant info in there such as most recent bloodwork and reports, her daily bloodpressure log, her blood sugar log, her food log, her medication log, info for paramedics etc etc etc. It is all contained and colorful. I also keep copies of vital info and educational info about her diseases to give away to drs, nurses, and EMTs. It helps me keep things together and in stressful times, I feel more in control.
