VRide Week Two Update

Vride2 Second VRide Weigh In January 27, 2013

We are now into week two of our VRide to promote caregivers' health. This week I logged over 50 miles on the stationary bike and over 15 miles in walking distance. Every Sunday, I 'weigh in' and today after one week of activity, I am down six pounds. 


During the first week of any exercise or weight management plan, it is not uncommon to lose more weight that is expected.  Health experts estimate that a healthy weight lose is two pounds per week.  While I continue to be diligent with my diet and exercise routine this week, I don't expect to lose six pounds every week.


I have to keep peddling to keep up with @ejourneys.

Chris,\r\n\r\nCongratulations! I have been following you and many others on your VRide. I wish I could participate. I started my weight loss program before Hubby passed away, 6+ months ago. As of today I've lost 15 pounds. I'd like to lose another 10 if I can. To you and everyone else on the VRide good luck!\r\n\r\nRoaringMouse\r\n(PS...I might be quiet for the next two weeks...I'm preparing for a major presentation in two weeks. Hugs!)
