So, today, how will you make a healthy habit a part of your day? And, how will you make it easy on yourself so it really becomes a habit you fell into?

I bought a small TV today so I am going to get my Exercise!!! I am so excited that it will be out in the garage so I can do my balance exercises as well as Yoga and strength training. Hopefully my Wii Fit will remember me!
