A healthy habit that I'm going to try to start is sleeping good, going to bed at a decent time, sleeping when my caree sleeps, so I am more alert and aware in the morning, which is our busiest time.

I am going to work on Exercise and Encouragement for this Month! I think it helps me keep a better perspective when I can get some exercise and remember to be an encourager - including encouraging words for Elly!
